Bub1和p53在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的：了解胃癌中Bub1和p53表达情况,在胃癌及正常胃黏膜中的表达差异,初步分析其临床意义。方法：免疫组织化学法检测胃癌及正常胃黏膜中Bub1和p53的表达。结果：胃癌组织中Bub1的阳性表达低于正常黏膜中Bub1的阳性表达（P〈0.05）。Bub1的阳性表达与胃癌分化、淋巴结转移和手术后生存时间有关（P〈0.05）。正常黏膜中p53表达均为阴性,胃癌中阳性表达率为50%,两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0.001）。结论：基因Bub1和p53表达异常是胃癌产生的机制之一,与胃癌的发生及发展有关,是胃癌预后的重要指标。

Expression of Bub1and p53 protein in gastric cancer and clinical significance

Objective：To study the expression of gene Bub1 and p53 and to demonstrate the relation between the expression of gene Bub1 and p53 and gastric cancer and to evaluate their clinical significances.Methods： Inmmunohistochemistry method was used to analyze the expression of gene Bub1 and p53 in gastric cancer.Results： The rate of Bub1 positive expression in gastric cancer was higher than it in normal tissue.There was significant difference between normal tissue and gastric cancer（P0.001）,and it was related to the differentiation of gastric cancer,lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.No p53 protein expression was observed in normal tissue.The rate of p53 positive expression in gastric cancer was 50%.There was significant difference between normal tissue and gastric cancer（P 0.001）.Conclusion： Positive expressions of Bub1 and p53 were involved mainly in gastric carcinogenesis and Bub1 was associated with prognosis of gastric cancer.
