| 摘 要： | 目的：观察归脾汤加味治疗化疗诱发的难治性骨髓抑制的疗效。方法：采用开放、非对照方法,归脾汤加味治疗每天1剂,3天1疗程,每疗程根据病情变化适当调整方药,共2-5疗程。结果：经6-15天治疗,32例白细胞减少患者治愈12例、好转15例、轻微好转1例、稳定1例,有效率84%,起效时间6-15天,平均10.6天好转、12.8天治愈。11例血小板减少患者治愈1例、好转8例、轻微好转1例、稳定1例,有效率82%,起效时间6-15天,平均12.1天好转,1例患者15天治愈。结论：归脾汤加味可以较为满意地治疗化疗诱发的难治性骨髓抑制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Guipi Decoction on chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression.Methods： Thirty two patients were treated by Jiawei Guipi Decocticn.Results： After 6-15 treatment of 32 patients with leukopenia,12 were cured,15 released 1 mild improvement,1 was stable,the effect rate was 84%.Effect was observed after 6-15 days the average was 10.6 days.Cured average time was 12.8 days.11 patients with thrombocytopenia,1 was cured,8 were improved,1 had mild improvement,1 was in stable condition,the effect rate 82%.Conclusion：Modified Guipi Decoction has effect on chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression. |
