Modified-DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的：临床观察17例晚期胃癌患者接受modified-DCF方案治疗后的近期疗效、临床获益率、无进展生存和毒性反应。方法：采用modified-DCF方案（多西紫杉醇50mg/m2,静滴1小时第一天;奥沙利铂（80-85）mg/m2静滴2小时第2天;亚叶酸钙400mg静滴2小时第2天;5-FU2.4g/m2持续静滴48小时）每两周给药。3周期化疗后观察客观缓解率、临床获益率和不良反应,观察17例患者的PFS。结果：17例患者总有效率为52.9%,均为PR。SD为3例,占17.6%,临床获益率为70.5%。中位PFS为5.7个月。主要不良反应,III-IV度消化道反应为3例,占17.6%。Ⅲ-IV度血液学毒性6例（35.3%）。III-IV度周围神经毒性为2例（11.8%）。结论：mDCF方案治疗晚期胃癌是安全、有效的。

Clinical research of modified-DCF regimen in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective：To investigate the survival benefit of modified-DCF as first-line regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Seventeen patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated by mDCF regimen until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.Results：Of the 17 patients,overall response rate was 52.9%,no CR,SD was 17.6%,Clinical benefit rate was 70.5%.The major toxicity was diarrhea,leukopenia,and peripheral neuropathy.Incidences of neutropenia and gastrointestinal toxicity of grade III-IV were 23.5% and 17.6%,respectively.Conclusion：mDCF is a safe and effective regimen in advanced gastric cancer.
