宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的护理干预

目的：探讨宫颈癌根治术后预防尿潴留发生的有效护理干预方法。方法：90例行宫颈癌根治术的住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以宫颈癌根治术后常规护理,观察组在术后常规护理的基础上进行预防尿潴留的护理干预。结果：对照组发生尿潴留9例（20%）,观察组发生尿潴留2例（4.4%）,两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：对行宫颈癌根治术后患者,实施护理干预可有效减少尿潴留的发生率。

Nursing intervention on urinary retention after radical resection of cervical cancer

Objective：To investigate the prevention of urinary retention after radical operation and effective method of nursing intervention for cervical cancer.Methods： Total of 90 patients with radical hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group and observed group each with 45 cases.The control group received routine care after radical resection of cervical cancer,the observed group patients treated in the basis of routine nursing care and interventions to prevent urinary retention.Results： Nine cases of the control group occurred urinary retention,while 2 cases in the observed group occurred urinary retention,there was significant difference in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： For cervical cancer patients after radical operation,the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
