青岛市公众结核病防治核心信息知晓率及其影响因素分析

目的 了解青岛市公众结核病防治核心信息知晓率及其影响因素，为科学开展健康教育，制订结核病防控策略提供依据。方法 2020年12月采用多阶段分层系统随机抽样方法，抽取1100例，回收有效问卷1078份。采用入户面对面询问式问卷调查。结果 公众结核病防治知识的总知晓率为89.61%，χ2检验显示不同性别（χ2=4.84，P=0.028）、城乡之间（χ2=5.53，P=0.019）、不同年龄组（χ2=44.16，P<0.001）、不同文化程度（χ2=54.21，P<0.001）、不同职业组（χ2=17.75，P=0.001）人群的结核病防治知识总知晓率不同，差异有统计学意义。单一核心信息知晓情况中，公众对核心信息“出现哪种症状，应怀疑得了肺结核？”的知晓率最高，为96.75%；“肺结核能治好吗？”的知晓率最低，为79.68%。53.99%的人群通过电视宣传接受过结核病的宣传教育。31.73%的人希望选择视频、动漫等影像材料。多因素logistic分析结果表明，高中及以上文化程度（高中及同等学历OR =1.483，95%CI:1.158~2.626 ；大学大专OR =1.645，95%CI:1.144~2.388；本科及以上OR =1.142，95%CI:1.001~1.273）、接受过宣传教育（OR =2.847，95%CI:1.994~4.064）是青岛市公众结核病防治核心知识知晓的促进因素。结论 青岛市公众结核病防治知识的总知晓率已达到国家规划指标，但文化程度较低者及未接受宣传教育者的公众知晓率相对较低，今后应针对重点地区重点人群加强结核病防治知识的宣传。
