艾盐包热熨联合耳穴压豆治疗老年AECOPD患者无创正压通气致相关性腹胀的疗效

目的 观察艾盐包热熨联合耳穴压豆治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者无创正压通气(non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)致相关性腹胀的临床疗效。方法选择2020年6月至2021年12月浙江中医药大学附属丽水中医院呼吸与危重症医学科使用NIPPV治疗后引起腹胀的老年AECOPD患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各38例;对照组患者予NIPPV配合西医常规治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾盐包热熨联合耳穴压豆治疗,观察两组患者的动脉血气指标、腹围、胃肠功能评分、临床疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗后的血氧饱和度、动脉氧分压、二氧化碳分压较治疗前及对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的腹围变小、胃肠功能评分降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率(92.11%)明显高于对照组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)...

Efficacy of moxa-salt ironing combined with auricular point pressing with beans in the treatment of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation-related abdominal distension in elderly patients with AECOPD

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of moxa-salt ironing combined with auricular point pressing with beans in the treatment of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV)-related abdominal distension in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods A total of 76 elderly AECOPD patients with NIPPV-related abdominal distension in the Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group used random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given NIPPV combined with routine treatment and nursing of western medicine, the patients in treatment group were treated with moxa-salt ironing combined with auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of control group. The arterial blood gas analysis, abdominal circumference, gastrointestinal function score and clinical efficacy of the patients in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, oxygen saturation, arterial partial pressure of oxygen and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment and in control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the abdominal circumference and gastrointestinal function score of treatment group patients decreased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group (92.11%) was significantly higher than that of control group (73.68%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of moxa-salt ironing combined with auricular point pressing with beans in treatment of elderly AECOPD patients NIPPV-related abdominal distension is remarkable, promote the improvement of its clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect.
