基本医疗保险对我国老年人住院服务利用的影响

目的 评估基本医疗保险对我国老年人住院服务利用的影响。方法 利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies，CFPS)数据，运用倾向得分匹配（Propensity Score Matching，PSM）方法探讨基本医疗保险对老年人住院服务利用的影响。结果 参保增加了全样本老年人7.5%～8.7%的住院服务利用。与男性老年人相比，参保的女性老年人利用更多的住院服务，其住院服务利用增加的范围为10.0%～10.8%。与中、高收入老年人相比，参保的低收入老年人利用更多的住院服务，其住院服务利用提升的范围为8.7%～10.7%。结论 基本医疗保险的实施促进了参保老年人的住院服务利用。特别是对女性和低收入老年人，如果其拥有基本医疗保险，倾向于利用更多的住院服务。

The influence of basic medical insurance on the utilization of inpatient services for the elderly

To evaluate the impact of basic medical insurance on the utilization of inpatient services for the elderly in China. Methods The data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) 2018 were used to explore the impact of basic medical insurance on elderly inpatient service utilization by means of ropensity core atching(PSM) method.Results Participation in basic medical insurance increased the utilization of inpatient services by 7.5%-8.7% for all the elderly. Compared with the male elderly, the female elderly used more inpatient services, and the increased range of inpatient services was 10.0%-10.8%. Compared with the middle-income and high-income elderly, the low-income elderly who participated in the basic medical insurance used more inpatient services, and the improved range of inpatient services utilization was 8.7%-10.7%.Conclusion The implementation of basic medical insurance promotes the use of hospitalization services for the insured elderly. Especially for women and low-income elderly people, they tend to use more hospitalization services.
