社会参与在认知功能与老年抑郁关系中的调节作用

目的 分析认知功能与老年抑郁的关系，探讨社会参与对两者关系的调节作用。方法 基于2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查（CLHLS）数据，利用分层回归模型分析我国老年人认知功能与抑郁的关系，并引入社会参与作为调节变量，形成调节模型，通过该模型探究认知功能对抑郁水平的影响方向及大小。结果 认知功能(r=-0.199，P<0.001)、社会参与(r=-0.126，P<0.001)与抑郁呈显著负相关，认知功能与社会参与呈显著正相关(r=0.325，P<0.001)。社会参与在老年人认知功能和抑郁关系中起到调节作用(β=-0.037，P<0.05)。结论 认知功能能够负向预测老年人的抑郁水平，社会参与在认知功能与抑郁水平的关系中起到调节作用。

Regulative effect of social participation on cognitive function and elderly depression

To explore the regulative effect of social participation through analysis of the relationship between cognitive function and elderly depression. Methods Data for this study was derived from Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS) in 2018. The hierarchical regression model was used to analyze the relationship between cognitive function and depression in the elderly, and social participation was introduced as the moderator to form a regulatory model. Through this model, the direction and magnitude of the influence of cognitive function on the depression were explored. Results There was a negative correlation between cognitive function(r=-0.199,P<0.001),social participation(r=-0.126,P<0.001) and depression. There was a positive correlation between social participation and cognitive function(r=0.325,P<0.001). Social participation plays a moderating role in the relationship between cognitive function and depression in the elderly(β=-0.037, P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive function can negatively predict the depression among the elderly, and social participation plays a regulative effect in the relationship between cognitive function and elderly depression.
