癌症患者失志综合征的研究进展

目的 本文对癌症患者失志综合征的概念、测量工具、现状、影响因素和干预措施进行综述，为医护人员全面地识别和诊断癌症患者的失志综合征提供借鉴。方法 检索癌症患者失志综合征相关研究进行总结和分析。结果 癌症患者失志综合征测量工具尚未统一；其患病率在世界各地差异较大，失志的发生受性别、收入等人口社会学因素、疾病相关因素以及心理等多方面因素的影响；干预措施主要通过认知疗法等措施,提高患者的社会支持和心理支持水平，改善患者的失志状态。结论 失志综合征普遍存在于癌症患者中，医护人员应尽早识别，并制定相关干预措施，减轻失志程度，提高癌症患者生活质量。

Research progress of cancer patients with demoralization syndrome

To review the concept, measurement tools, status quo, influencing factors and intervention measures of cancer patients with demoralization syndrome, so as to provide reference for medical staff to comprehensively identify and diagnose cancer patients with demoralization syndrome. Methods The literatures on cancer patients with demoralization syndrome were searched to summarize and analyze. Results The measurement tools of demoralization syndrome have not been unified and the prevalence varied greatly around the world as well as the occurrence of demoralization syndrome was affected by many factors, such as gender, income and other demographic and social factors, disease-related factors and psychological factors; clinic interventions were mainly through multidisciplinary cooperation, cognitive therapy and other measures to improve the level of social and psychological support of patients, it promote the post-traumatic growth of patients and improve their state of demoralization syndrome. Conclusion Demoralization syndrome was common in cancer patients. Medical staff should identify and formulate relevant intervention measures to reduce the degree of demoralization syndrome and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
