地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮疗效及对患者疼痛和生活质量影响

目的：探讨地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏对痔疮患者的疼痛以及生活质量的影响。方法：76例痔疮患者按照入院顺序分组,对照组38例患者单纯采用地奥司明治疗,联合组38例患者采用地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗,对比两组患者治疗7 d后的疗效、疼痛度、生活质量及药品不良反应。结果：治疗7 d后,联合组总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的68.42%（P〈0.05）;联合组无痛及轻度疼痛比例为89.47%,明显高于对照组的68.42%（P〈0.05）;联合组Barthel指数60分以上患者占100%,高于对照组84.21%（P〈0.05）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮患者能够取得良好的治疗效果,显著提升患者生活质量并减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。

Effect of Diosmin and Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment on Pain and Quality of Life in Patients with Hemorrhoids

Objective ： To investigate the effect of diosmin and Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment on pain and quality of life in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods ：76 cases of patients with hemorrhoids were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 38 patients used diosmin treatment （control group）, and 38 cases of patients after admitted to the hospital used diosmin with Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment therapy （combined treatment group）. The treatment effects, pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups after 7 days of treatment. Results： After 7 days of treatment, the total effectiveness of the combined treatment group was 94.74% , which was significantly higher than 68.42% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the painless and mild pain proportion of the combined treatment group was 89.47%, which was obviously higher than 68.42% of the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The combined treatment group patients with more than 60 scores accounted for 100% in Barthel index, which was higher than 84.21% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in two group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Diosmin and Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment could achieve their good therapeutic effect on the treatment of hemorrhoids patients, significantly enhance the quality of life and reduce the sufferings of patients and therefore, were worthy of popularization.
