| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同检测系统间急诊生化结果的可比性,为急诊实验室不同检测系统检验结果的互认和实验室认可提供依据。方法参考美国临床实验室标准化委员会的EP9-A2文件,以日立7170检测系统为目标,用患者新鲜血清对奥林巴斯-AU480实验检测系统的8项急诊生化结果与目标检测系统进行比对,计算实验检测系统(Y)和目标检测系统(X)之间的系统误差,以美国临床医学检验部门修正法(CLIA′88)建议的医学决定水平处的系统误差来判断不同检测系统之间的可比性。结果两种检测系统部分急诊生化测定结果的均值配对t检验差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),8个项目医学决定水平处的系统误差均在允许误差内。结论两种检测系统部分急诊生化测定结果相关性良好,两种检测系统间的系统误差能够为临床所接受。
