| 摘 要： | 目的了解结核分枝杆菌DNA定量检测的流行病学特点。方法用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术对438例结核疑似患者进行结核分枝杆菌DNA检测,比较不同标本类型、不同年份、不同性别的感染情况。结果结核分枝杆菌总阳性率为10.27%,晨尿和痰液阳性率较高,分别为20.72%、15.79%;男性和女性阳性率分别为10.39%和8.70%;>31岁年龄组人群结核分枝杆菌感染者所占比例最高,为71.10%;2009、2010年阳性检出率分别为10.81%和10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结核分枝杆菌DNA在银川地区男女两性间的流行特点相同,2009年和2010年感染率较为稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about the epidemiologic features of TB DNA quantitative detection among the patients in our hospital.Methods Samples were taken routinely from 438 suspected TB patients to detect TB DNA by FQ-PCR.Results The total positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 10.27%,the positive rates of morning urine and sputum were 20.72% and 15.79% respectively.The positive rates of male and female samples were 10.39% and 8.70% respectively.The patients aged more than 31 years accounted for 71.10%.Th... |
