| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清中金属硫蛋白(MT)含量变化及其与肝病活动程度的关系。方法采集78例CHB患者和20例健康人(NC组)外周静脉血标本,分别检测血清中MT、清蛋白、总胆红素等生化指标。结果 NC组、CHB轻度组、CHB中度组间MT含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CHB重度组、CHB重型组患者MT含量明显高于NC组(P<0.05)。患者血清中MT含量与血清中总胆红素、炎症活动程度呈正相关(r=0.592,0.735,P<0.01);患者血清中MT含量与清蛋白浓度呈负相关(r=-0.614,P<0.01)。结论 CHB患者血清中MT含量与病情严重程度呈正相关,血清中MT含量变化对判断CHB病情的严重程度有一定的价值。
