微粒子化学发光法检测梅毒抗体阳性结果分析

摘    要:目的 应用微粒子化学发光法检测梅毒抗体,对阳性结果进行分析,以帮助临床诊疗中正确判断梅毒感染的可能性.方法 采用微粒子化学发光免疫技术(CMIA)检测624例标本.结果 624例标本中有21例阳性患者的病史、症状、体征及临床分析诊断结果与临床不符合或疑似阳性.结论 微粒子化学发光法检测梅毒抗体中部分阳性结果与临床症状、不洁性生活史和既往史不符率较高,对梅毒检测阳性标本,临床应给予重视,综合判断分析.
