| 摘 要： | 目的观察扩大开窗两节段神经根管减压髓核摘除术加单侧钉棒系统固定单枚Cage椎间融合治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳的临床疗效。方法自2007-09-2009-09,对46例腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳患者采用扩大开窗两节段神经根管减压髓核摘除同时结合单侧椎弓根钉棒系统固定,单枚Cage椎间植骨融合。结果本组随访观察1～3年,平均2年,根据Macnab疗效评定标准：优25例,良18例,可3例,差0例,优良率93.5%。结论采用扩大开窗两节段神经根管减压髓核摘除术加单侧钉棒系统固定单枚Cage椎间融合是治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳的有效方法。
