289株临床分离铜绿假单胞菌耐药变迁分析

目的分析2008年1月至2010年12月临床分离铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性与耐药趋势。方法采用VITEK32型全自动微生物鉴定/药敏分析系统进行菌株鉴定及药敏测试,采用WHONET5.3软件进行耐药性数据分析。结果 3年间共分离出289株铜绿假单胞菌,其对12种抗生素活性较好的是阿米卡星、庆大霉素、亚胺培南,耐药率分别为15.2%、14.7%和8.3%;耐药率较高的是头孢噻肟62.2%,头孢曲松51.3%。其中对头孢噻肟的耐药率从2008年的42.1%上升至2010年的62.2%,同期对头孢曲松的耐药率从24.1%升至51.3%,升幅达20.1%和17.2%。β-内酰胺类抗生素哌拉西林耐药率有下降趋势,从35.1%降至27.6%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合药物保持较好的敏感性,但第3代头孢菌素的耐药率高于国家细菌耐药监测研究组2008~2010年的统计结果,因此需有计划地加强对铜绿假单胞菌耐药率的连续监测。
