| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者的血尿酸(UA)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血小板聚集功能(PAgT)水平的变化及其与CHD发生的关系。方法对2008~2009年收治的89例CHD患者(CHD组)和70例健康体检者(对照组)进行UA、Hcy、PAgT检测,并进行相关统计学分析。结果 CHD组UA较对照组增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Hcy及PAgT与对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论监测UA、Hcy浓度及PAgT变化,对CHD治疗诊断有十分重要的临床价值。
