重症监护室铜绿假单胞菌的分布及耐药性分析

目的了解台州市第一人民医院重症监护室(ICU)铜绿假单胞菌感染分布及耐药情况,为临床提供预防措施和合理使用抗菌药物的依据。方法对2010年1~12月,ICU送检的合格临床标本进行常规细菌培养与鉴定和药物敏感性测试,采用回顾性方法统计分析该院分离的铜绿假单胞菌的标本来源及对11种抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果感染部位主要为呼吸道,痰及咽拭子325株(88.8%),分泌物31株(8.5%)。铜绿假单胞菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南、美洛培南、阿米卡星的耐药率分别为15.3%、27.1%、32.4%、37.1%,复方新诺明的耐药率达97.8%。结论 ICU铜绿假单胞菌感染现象严重,且多为耐药菌株;要加强对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性检测并合理使用抗菌药物,以延缓耐药菌株增加。

Analysis on the drug resistant and distributions of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU
