| 摘 要： | 目的观察孟鲁司特联合罗红霉素治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法 84例稳定期COPD患者分为孟鲁司特组(A组)、罗红霉素联合孟鲁司特组(B组)及罗红霉素组(C组),疗程3个月。观察患者肺功能指标、呼吸困难评分、步行6min距离及痰量的变化。结果 A组肺功能明显改善,痰量减少;B组肺功能、呼吸困难评分、步行6min距离及痰量显著改善;C组痰量明显减少。结论孟鲁司特和罗红霉素联合用药对稳定期COPD有明显治疗效果。
