辛夷鼻炎丸对肝功能影响的实验研究

目的研究含有苍耳子的辛夷鼻炎丸对肝脏功能的影响。方法将模型小鼠分组,通过测量小鼠体重、计算肝脏指数、检测血液中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),并做肝脏病理切片来进行观察。结果各剂量组均能增加模型小鼠的体重,组间差异显著(P<0.01),但随着剂量增加,体重的增加幅度逐渐下降;各组肝脏指数无显著性差异。各组AST、ALT值均升高,其中低、中剂量组和苍耳子组与空白对照组比较,ALT值显著升高(P<0.05)。病理组织学见肝细胞索肿胀、少量细胞水肿、肝组织结构排列紊乱、细胞核破碎、血窦扩张,其中高剂量组肝细胞坏死较严重,面积较大。结论长期、大量服用辛夷鼻炎丸可能对肝脏产生不同程度的损伤,应引起注意。

Experimental Study on Effects of Xinyi Biyan Pill on Liver Function

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Xinyi Biyan pill containing Fructus Xanthii on liver function. METHODS: Model rats were divided into groups, with their weight measured, liver index calculated and ALT & AST in blood detected. An observation was then conducted through liver pathological section. RESULTS: The groups of different dosages were all capable of increasing the weight of rats, with a significant inter- group difference( P<0. 01) . The increase margin tended to decline along with increase of dosages and that of weight. No significant difference in liver index was seen among the groups. The values of AST and ALT increased in all treatment groups, and compared to the control group, the groups of low, medium dosages and the Fructus Xanthii group all reported significant increases in ALT value( P<0. 05) . A pathohistological analysis showed that liver cell cord engorged, structure of haptic tissue was in disorder, caryons broke into pieces and hepatic sinusoid expanded. In the high- dosage group, the haptic cell death was severe and in larger area. CONCLUSIONS: It deserves attention that long- term and high- dosage administration of Xinyi Biyan pill can damage the liver to varied degrees.
