医用诊断X射线工作者染色体畸变断裂点分布的分析

摘    要:目的 对医用诊断X射线工作者染色体畸变断裂点的分布进行分析。方法 采用G显带方法分析外周血淋巴细胞染色体断裂点。结果 37名X射线工作者G显带中期分裂细胞3 545个,共有断裂点146个,统计学处理观察值和预期值有显著性差异(χ2=42.82,df=23,P < 0.01)。10名对照人员G显带中期分裂细胞908个,共有断裂点17个,统计学处理观察值和预期值差异无显著性(P > 0.05)。结论 医用诊断X射线工作者染色体畸变断裂点呈非随机分布,其中第7和14号染色体断裂点数目的观察值比预期值高(P < 0.05)。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution of the chromosome aberration breakpoints from medical diagnostic X-ray workers.Methods The breakpoints of lymphocyte chromosomes are analyzed using G-banding.Results There are 146 breakpoints among 3 545 metaphase in 37 cases of X-ray workers.There are statistically significant differences between observed values and expected values (χ2=42.82, df=23, P < 0.01).There are 17 breakpoints among 908 metaphase in 10 controls.There are not statistically significant differences between observed values and expected values (P >0.05).Conclusion The chromosome aberration breakpoints of medical diagnostic X-ray workers are non-random.The observed values of breakpoint numbers are higher than those of the expected values in 7 and 14 chromosomes (P < 0.05)
