曲安奈德及多抗甲素治疗口腔扁平苔藓46例

目的　探讨局部注射曲安奈德及口服多抗甲素片治疗口腔黏膜糜烂型扁平苔藓的疗效。方法　对 4 6例患者治疗前后检查T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及临床疗效。结果　治疗前患者T淋巴细胞亚群低于健康人 ,治疗后上升 (P <0 .0 1)。随访 1年 ,临床疗效显著。结论　口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓经本法治疗后 ,血中T淋巴细胞亚群比率上升恢复正常 ,与临床疗效相符。

Triamcinolone Acetonaide Acetate Injection Locally Combined with Polyactin A Tablets Orally in Treatment of Oral Erosive Lichen Planus(Report of 46 Cases)

Objective To explore effects of Triamcinolon Acetonaide Acetate Injection locally combined with Polyactin A Tablets orally on immune state and clinical treatment of patients with oral erosive lichen planus. Methods The peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subgroup in 46 cases before and after treatmen were detected and the effects of the clinical treatment were examined. Results The T-lymphocyte subgroup in these patients decreased singnificantly before the treatment, while after treatment the T-lymphocyte increased significantly(P<0.01) and the latter recovered to normal. All patients were followed up for 1 year, The effects of the clinical treatment in these patients improved markedly.Conclusion Triamcinolon acetonaide acetate injection locally combined with polyactin A tablets orally therapy was useful for the treatment of oral erosive lichen planus,and there was positive relation between the oral erosive lichen planus and the immune state of the patients. It had biphasically a regulation effect on the immunologic balance of the patients.
