胃癌组织中嗜银和亲银内分泌细胞及意义

应用嗜银和亲银染色技术研究50例胃癌组织中内分泌细胞。50例胃癌伴内分泌细胞阳性22例,其中4例胃癌内分泌细胞阳性率≥50%;高分化、癌细胞浸润深度Ⅰ级和未见淋巴结转移胃癌内分泌细胞阳性病例率,明显低于未分化、癌细胞浸润深度Ⅲ级和淋巴结转移胃癌;22例内分泌细胞阳性病例免疫组化发现hcG阳性6例、GN阳性5例和SM阳性3例。结果提示伴内分泌细胞胃癌恶性度高和预后差,部分病例内分泌细胞可分泌一些肽类激素。

Significance of Argyrophilic and Argentaffin Endocrine Cells in Gastric Cancer

Fifty cases of gastric cancer were studied for endocrine cells (EC) with silver staining technique and immunohistochemical method. Endocrine cells were found in 22 cases and 4 of which contained positive cells greater than 50%. The positive rates of EC were significantly lower in cases with high differentiation, less infiltration,grade I as well as nonmetastatic status. Gastrin,human chorionic gonadotrophin and somatostatin were found positive in 5,6,3 cases respectively in 22 EC positive patients as identified immunohistochemically. The results of this study indicate that the gastric cancer with presence of endocrine cells are of high malignancy and poor prognosis,and that some of the EC might secrete peptide hormone.
