我国胶质瘤诊断治疗现状和努力方向

我国胶质瘤的临床诊疗水平,虽然总体上还滞后于发达国家,但在部分发达地区已明显拉近了距离.由于地域发展间医疗水平的不均衡,胶质瘤的早期确诊和规范治疗还难以令人满意.该文对我国胶质瘤临床诊断和治疗的现状进行分析,希望从中找出差距和确定努力方向.

Current Status and Future Direction of Management for Glioma Patient in China

There have been great progresses recent years on the diagnosis and treatment for gliomas, particularly in the developed areas in China,although there are differences with developed countries. However, it is still unsatisfactory on early detection and standard treatment for glioma in China, since the unequal development of technology in different areas.Current status of diagnosis and treatment for glioma in China are reviewed in this paper,aimed to find the insufficiency with developed countries, and to find the direction we should go ahead.
