| 摘 要： | 间充质干细胞的研究为软骨修复展示了新的前景,但若达到完全修复愈合则需间充质干细胞与重组生长因子结合,或与基因治疗方法有机联合。基因强化组织工程是以间充质干细胞作为靶细胞的基因治疗和组织工程相结合的技术。在实际应用中,由于表达治疗性基因的时间有限,这对根治某些基因缺陷性疾病较为困难,然而软骨修复只是一个阶段性的过程而不需长时间的表达,因此,可将基因治疗用于软骨修复。文章重点综述重组生长因子转染骨髓间充质干细胞向软骨分化的研究进展。
