| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超直视下无痛流产对减少流产并发症的临床效果.方法:将600例早孕患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各300例,观察组患者采取B超直视下无痛流产术,对照组则实施常规的无痛流产术.比较两组患者子宫穿孔、漏吸、吸宫不全及出血等流产并发症的发生情况.结果:观察组子宫穿孔、漏吸及出血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),吸宫不全发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:B超直视下无痛流产能有效避免和减少子宫穿孔、漏吸、吸宫不全、出血等并发症的发生,提高手术质量,确保患者生命安全.
