肺癌术后患者呼吸功能锻炼时间的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨肺癌患者术后早期呼吸功能锻炼的时机。 方法 便利选取2018年3月6日—4月17日入院的肺癌术后患者30例为对照组,行常规呼吸功能锻炼;选取2018年4月18日—5月30日入院的30例肺癌术后患者为试验组,在雾化和镇痛药起效时行呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组呼吸功能锻炼的疼痛程度及锻炼的依从性。结果 试验组疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001);试验组呼吸功能锻炼依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 肺癌术后患者在雾化和镇痛药起效时行呼吸功能锻炼,可有效减轻呼吸功能锻炼带来的疼痛,提高锻炼的依从性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the timing of early postoperative respiratory function training in patients with lung cancer. Methods Thirty patients admitted to hospital from March to April 2018 were enrolled in the control group for routine respiratory function training. Thirty patients admitted to hospital from April to May 2018 were selected as the experimental group and received early respiratory function training when nebulization and analgesics treatments were effective. Pain level and exercise compliance of two groups were compared. Results The pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001). The exercise compliance in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion Respiratory function training for patients after lung cancer surgery when nebulization and analgesics treatments are effective,can effectively alleviate the pain caused by respiratory function exercise and improve exercise compliance.
