关节假体感染的预防研究进展

针对膝、髋关节严重关节畸形及功能障碍，关节置换是治疗膝、髋关节终末病变的最为有效、安全的治疗措施。然而这一显著提高患者生活质量的手段还有很多并发症，其中人工关节感染是人工关节置换术后最严重的并发症，一旦发生感染，会给患者带来巨大的身体负担和经济压力。而预防是应对关节感染最为经济有效的措施。所以了解人工关节置换术中导致感染的危险因素，及时采取预防措施十分必要。本文针对这些问题作一综述。

Progress in prevention of prosthesis joint infection

For knee and hip joint deformity and dysfunction, joint replacement is the most effective and safe treatment for knee and hip terminal diseases. However this improvement of life quality of patient means there are many complications, including artificial joint infection which is the most serious complication after artificial joint replacement. In case of infection, it can bring huge body burden to patients and economic pressure. Prevention is the most cost-effective measure of joint infection. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the risk factors of infection in artificial joint replacement and take preventive measures in time. This article reviewed these problems.
