摘    要:生物标志物已成为抗肿瘤药物研究与开发的关键要素,越来越多的信号分子和通路被确证为抗肿瘤药物的治疗靶点,寻找和发现有价值的抗肿瘤药物活性预测生物标志物已经成为目前抗肿瘤药物研发的热点。生物标志物作为一种探针能够指示抗肿瘤药物的生物药理活性,对精准研发抗肿瘤药物活性与临床试验具有很好的预测性,生物标志物指导下的抗肿瘤药物研发能够降低药物研发失败的风险。作者综述了基于生物标志物的抗肿瘤药物导向预测研究,旨在抗肿瘤药物研发过程中,合理的选择生物标志物,提高抗肿瘤药物研发的精准性。

Abstract:Biomarkers have become a key factor in the research and development of anticancer drugs. More and more signal molecules and pathways have been identified as the therapeutic targets of anticancer agents. The search and discovery of valuable biomarkers has become a hotspot in research and development of anticancer drugs. As a probe, biomarker can indicate the biological pharmacological activity of anticancer drug, which is highly predictive of the precise research and development of anticancer drug activity and clinical trial. The research and development of anticancer drug under the guidance of biomarkers can reduce the risk of failure in drug research and deve lopment. This paper reviews the research on the prediction of the efficacy of anticancer drug based on biomarkers. In the process of the development of anticancer drug, reasonable selection of biomarkers can improve the accuracy of the development in anticancer drug.
