大型综合医院科技成果转化的现状与对策分析

大型综合医院在科技创新与传播、技术创新与成果转化等方面起着重要的作用。然而，由于科技成果转化过程受到众多干扰因素的影响,导致科技成果转化的效率低。作者综合分析了大型综合医院科技成果转移转化存在的问题，结合四川大学华西医院科技成果转移转化的经验，针对关键问题，研究提出医院加大科技人员奖励，建立专业化的转化平台，提高医院科研成果转化的有效率。提高医学院校科研成果转化率，需要科研成果转化主体、转化资源和转化环境的有机协调，即“政、医、产、学、研”相关主体协同，更好地促进科技成果转化率。

Analysis of current situation and countermeasures of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the large general hospitals

The large general hospitals play an important role in scientific and technological innovation and dissemination, technological innovation and transformation of achievements. However, the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is influenced by many interference factors, which leads to low efficiency. This study comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the large general hospitals, combining with the experience of transforming scientific and technological achievements in West China Hospital of Sichuan University aiming at the key problems, puts forward a reasonable and effective policy for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements in hospitals. In order to improve the efficiency of the transformation of hospital scientific research achievements, it should increase the reward of scientific personnel and establish a specialized transformation platform. It is very important to coordinate all aspects of the science and technology to better promote the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
