甘氨双唑钠对恶性肿瘤放射增敏作用的研究

摘    要:目的应用放射增敏剂甘氨双唑钠(CMNa)配合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤,观察疗效及反应。方法对72例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为增敏组和常规放疗组。常规放疗(对照)组34例,采用目前标准放疗方案;增敏(实验)组38例,甘氨双唑钠配合放疗,外照射同常规放疗组;甘氨双唑钠给药方案:CMNa800mg/m^2,静脉滴注,每周三次。放疗前1周内、放疗后4周和7周分别行CT、X线等检查以观察疗效。放疗中每周测血常规并观察不良反应,每34周查肝肾功能和心电图。结果完全缓解率增敏组高于对照组,差异有显著性。达PR或CR时照射剂量两组差异均无显著性。增敏组放疗期间血常规、心电图、肝肾功能等同对照组,无异常改变。放疗反应两组差异无显著性。结论放疗合并甘氨双唑钠近期疗效优于单纯放疗;有效率及达PR或CR时照射剂量两组差异均无显著性,主要与研究方法相关;放射反应无明显增加。

Abstract:Objective To verify the role of radiosensitizer/metrortidazole amino aeidum natrium(CMNa) in enhancing radiosensitivity and its safety . Methods 72 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups ( test group and control group) . Diagnosis in all eases was confimed by pathology. The patients in test group were intravenously dripped with CMNa 800mg/m^2 three times weekly during whole treatment period by radiotherapy. Patients in control group were treated by radiotherapy alone. The standard protocols of radiotherapy were adopted in two groups. The effects were assessed by CT scan ,X - ray . Various adverse reactions and blood routine test were cheeped weekly while the liver function ,renal function and EKG were exainied every 3-4weeks. Results All 72 patients eompleted their designed treatment. TheCRrateoftestgroupwashigherthanthatofeontrolgroup(P〈0.05). The median dose by which the effect had reached CR or PR was lower in test group than that of control group , but there was no strong correlation because of the limit of the methods assessing the therapeutic effects . There were no significant difference between two groups in the rate of adverse reaction . No neurotoxieity was observed. Conclusion CMNa is an effective radiosensitzer with low toxicity and high safety . Remote evaluation needs further follow - up.
