规范术前访视内容对访视质量的影响

目的探讨规范术前访视内容对访视质量的影响。方法培训专职访视人员,由专职护士到手术科室用反问的方式对手术前后的患者做调查,将所得到的结果形成统一内容再进行访视。结果使用统一访视内容后,100%患者都希望手术室的护士术前去访视他们;90%患者了解手术的相关知识;90%以上的患者能很好地配合麻醉。规范访视后患者担心的问题都有不同程度的下降或缓解(均P<0.05)。结论建立一套统一有效、规范的访视内容是提高访视质量的关键。

Importance of standardizing contents in the pre-operative interview

Objective To improve the quality of pre-operative interview by nurses in the operation room.Methods We trained the professional interviewers and investigated the content by appointed nurses in the operational room before or after the operation to form a unified content.Results After the application of the unified pre-operative interview,100% of patients and their relatives affirmed it;90% of them got the information about the operation;more than 90% of them were able to cooperate during the anesthesia.Conclusion With the change of medical mode and nursing concept,it is a key point to improve the quality of pre-operative interview by a set of effectively unified content.
