摘    要:噬菌体展示技术是将所需多肽/蛋白从大量变异体的集落中提取出来的一种高通量的体外筛选技术,因其高效、实用、便捷的优势现已广泛应用于药物研发的多方面领域,在中药活性成分靶点蛋白中也有越来越广泛的应用。靶点蛋白是药物分子在体内的结合位点,良好的靶点是获得优良药物的基础。该文综述了噬菌体展示技术的研究进展及其在中药活性分子靶点蛋白筛选中的应用。

Abstract:Phage display technology refers to a high-throughput in vitro screening technology for extracting required peptides/proteins from colonies with mass mutants. Due to its high efficiency, practicability and convenience, it has been widely applied in pharmaceutical research and development, as well as target protein screening for active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines. Target protein is the binding site of drug molecules in vivo, and good targets are the basis of excellent pharmaceuticals. This article summarizes the advance in studies on the phage display technology and its application in targeted protein screening for active ingredients of Chinese materia medica.
