42例U波倒置的临床分析

目的探讨U波倒置在高血压、冠心病中的临床意义。方法采用日本广电9320型心电图机六导联同步记录心电图，观察高血压、冠心病患者中出现U波倒置，采用对比统计分析。结果U波倒置与高血压、冠心病患者有一定的临床意义，同时发现两者U波倒置有不同的时相变化：原发性高血压患者U波为负正双相且与血压的波动也密切相关；冠心病患者U波则呈正负双相。结论冠心痛、高血压等心血管病中心电图偶尔伴有U波倒置，临床意义重大。

Clinical analysis of U-wave inversion in 42 cases

[Objective] To study the clinical significance of U-wave inversion in hypertension and coronary heart disease. [Methods] Adopt Japan brocasting 9320 type and six synchronous leads to record the electrocardiogram, observe the U-wave to set upside down in the the hypertension, coronary heart disease sufferer, adopt the contrast statistic analysis. [Result] The incidence of U-wave inversion is significant between hypertension and coronary heart disease. Negative-positive biphase is found in hypertension and is correlative with pressure variation, while positive-negative biphase in coronary heart disease. [Conclusions] U-wave inversion is occur occasionally and important in hypertension and coronary heart disease.
