非小细胞肺癌阴性淋巴结数与生存期的关系

目的检测Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌术中阴性淋巴结数目与术后生存期之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析1988～2000年之间确定诊断的Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌外科切除的结果。结果972例总的生存期与10～14组比较分析显示,7～9组外科切除淋巴结数目中等度增加,生存期明显增加,而5～6组、1～4组淋巴结检测,其生存期也进一步增加,其中3～4组淋巴结检测生存期增加最高,达95个月。结论术中淋巴结数目与术后存活期之间存在相关性,很可能与错误分期的减少,检测淋巴结数目增加,遗漏阳性淋巴结减少有关。

Posttoperative Survival and the Number of Lymph Nodes Sampled Puring Resection of Node-Negative Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To examine the associatim between postoperative survival and the number of lymph nodes(LNs)examined during surgery among persons who underwent definitive resection of node-negative(stage Ia or stage Ib)non-small all lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Information on postoperative survival and the number of LNS examined during surgery for stage I NSCLC treated with definitive surgical resection was retrieved pidemiology and results database for the from 1988 to 2000.Results A total of 972 patients were included in the study.the overall survival analysis for patients demonstrated that in comparison to the reference group(ten to fourteen LNS),patients with seven to night LNS examined during suring surgery had a modest but statistically significant increase in survival,similar results for 5 to 6 LNS and 3 to 4 LNS examined moduced further increase in survival,the highest medion survival(95 months)occured in patients with 10 to 11 LNS evalnated.Conclusion Our resuts indicate that patient survival following resection for NSCLC is associated with the number of LNS evaluated during surgery,this is likely due to reduction of staging error,a decreased likelihood of missing positive LNS with an increasing number of LNS sampled.
