综合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果分析

目的探讨综合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法60例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者分为对照组及综合治疗组（各30例），对照组单纯应用抗生素头孢他美脂片、阿奇霉素胶囊和盐酸特拉唑嗪片，综合治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用前列舒通、热水坐浴等多种方法，两组疗程为28天。疗程结束后将两组的治疗效果作对比分析。结果综合治疗组痊愈16例（53．3％），显效10例（33．3％），有效3例（10％），总有效率为96．70％。对照组痊愈8例（26．7％），显效14例（46．7％），有效6例（20％），总有效率为93．40％两组临床痊愈率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后两组国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）均有明显下降（P〈0．05），综合治疗组较对照组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论以抗菌药物为主配合前列舒通类中成药及多种治疗方法疗效优于单纯抗 菌药物治疗，在慢性细菌性前列腺炎治疗中应采取综合治疗。

The Curative Effect of Combined Therapy for Chronic Bacterial Prostatis

Objective To discuss the curative effect of combined therapy for chronic bacterial prostatis. Methods 60 eases with chronic bacterial prostates were divided into 2 groups： combined therapy group and control group,30 in each; antibiotics were applied to patients in both groups while Qian Lie Shu Tong capsules and sitz bath were added to patients in combined therapy group; the curative effects of the 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results 16 eases in combined therapy group recovered （53.3%）, 10 eases were effectual （33.3%） and 3 cases effective （ 10% ） ; 8 eases in control group recovered （ 26. 7% ）, 14 cases were effectual （ 46.7% ） and 6 cases effective （20%） ; the eowparison of recovery between the 2 groups was of significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the scores of NIH - CPSI of the patients in both groups decreased obviously after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, that of the paitents in combined therapy group decreased more obviously than that of the patients in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The combined therapy is of better curative effect than pure antibiotic therapy for chronic bacterial prostates.
