眼外肌构筑学研究

摘    要:对46侧眼眶标本的眼肌构筑研究表明:四块直肌纤维长度显著大于两次斜肌,而生理横切面积/肌重比率则四块直肌显著小于两块斜肌。上直肌和下斜肌各项数据之和与下直肌和上斜肌各项数据之和相比无显著性差异。比较内直肌,下直肌,上直肌与外直肌,上斜肌,下斜肌各项数据之和,肌纤维长和肌重前者大于后者,而生理横切面积/肌重后者大于前者,提示:眼上下运动的各项数据基本平衡,但内向运动眼球肌肉的肌张力较大。

Abstract:The architectural features of the extraocular muscles were studied in 46 adult orbits. The fiber of the rectus muscles was significantly longer than that of the oblique muscles, but the ratio of the cross-sectional area to the muscle weight of the rectus muscles was lower than that of the oblique muscles. No significant differences were found between the sum of all figures of superior rectus muscles and inferior oblique muscles and that of the inferior rectus muscles and the superior oblique muscles. The sum of the fiber length with muscle weight of medial rectus muscles and inferior rectus muscles and superior rectus muscles was singnificantly more than lateral rectus muscles and superior oblique muscles and inferior oblique muscles, but the sum of the cross-sectional area/muscle weight of the former was significantly less than that of the latter. The results indicated that oculomotor upward and downward balance in tension, but inward tension in the median was more than the lateral action.
