义诊中医院感染管理的难点及对策

目的探讨举行义诊活动中医院感染的影响因素,加强医院感染预防控制措施。方法通过建立医院感染管理制度,强化人员培训,加强消毒隔离措施,着重环节管理,完善患者管理,规范医务人员标准预防等措施,避免医源性感染发生。结果医院感染管理工作尚不规范,在组织管理制度、职工的医院感染防范意识、操作规程、洗手依从性、空气和环境监测、重点区域划分及医疗废弃物处理等方面存在一些不足。结论采取综合性管理措施,如系统的培训教育、设施的配备以及相关制度的完善,均是规范义诊中医院感染管理工作的有效方法。

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Hospital Infection Control in Free Clinic

Objective To explore the influencing factors hospital infection in free clinic and to strengthen the hospital infection prevention and control measures.Methods Through the establishment of the hospital infection control system,strengthening personnel training,disinfection and isolation measures,focusing on aspects of management,improving patient management,and standardizing the medical staff standard prevention measures,the occurrence of iatrogenic infection is avoided.Results Hospital infection control is not yet standardized.There are still some deficiencies in the organization and management system,staffs＇ awareness of the hospital infection prevention,some rules,hand-washing compliance,air and environmental monitoring,zoning and medical waste disposal.Conclusion Taking comprehensive measures to establish and improve various rules and regulations,including the system of training and education facilities related to the improvement of the system,is the effective method for the specification clinic hospital infection management and control of hospital infection.
