ZSH/W-30型紫外线灯性能的测定

摘    要:对 ZSH/W-30型紫外线灯进行了测定。该型新灯管紫外线照射强度达210μW/cm~2以上,使用2500小时,降至120μW/cm~2.低臭氧型灯管产生臭氧的量仅为普通紫外线灯管的3~6%.

Abstract:The performance of ultraviolet lamp type ZSH/W-30 was measured in laboratory.This type of ultraviolet lamp can be divided into two kinds:one is ordinary ultraviolet lamp and the other is low ozone ultraviolet lamp.The ultraviolet radiation intensi- ty of new lamp is 217~220 μW/cm~2 and decreases to 120 μW/cm~2 after use for 25000 hr.The air in a room of 30 m~3 was found to contain 5.82 mg/m~3 ozone after irradiation for 60 min with the ordinary ultraviolet lamp,while only 0.25 mg/m~3 ozone after irradiation for a same duration with the low ozone ultraviolet lamp. It was indicated in germicidal experiment that the new lamp could kill 99.9% of the fol- lowing bacteria protected by 2% peptone on glass carrier:Staphylococcus albus after expo- sure for 10~15 min,Pseudomonas aeruginosa after 3 min and Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore after 90~120 min.The ordinary ultraviolet lamp has somewhat stronger germicidal effcet than the low ozone ultraviolet lamp.The bacteria in suspension without 2% peptone protec- tion are much less tolerant of ultraviolet irradiation than those with 2% peptone protection.
