人工授精中促排卵药物对流产率影响的研究

目的 探讨人工授精中促排卵药物对流产率影响。方法 选择702例不孕症妇女,所用药物为克罗米酚（CC）、尿促性腺激素（HMG）、绒促性腺激素（HCG）、雌激素（E2）（补佳乐）,其中CC＋HMG＋HCG＋E2316例,CC＋HCG＋E2386例,另750例普通妇女作对照,观察妊娠率及流产率。结果 使用CC＋HMG＋HCG＋E2316例,妊娠47例,流产16例,流产率34.04%;CC＋HCG＋E2386例,妊娠55例,流产19例,流产率为34.55%;普通妇女750例,妊娠653例,流产68例,流产率10.34%,与对照组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论 人工授精中促排卵药物增加不孕症患者的流产率。

Analysis of the factors associated with hyperstimulate medicine on abortion rate in artificial insemination

Objective To explore the related factors with hyperstimulate medical on spontaneous abortion rate in artificial insemination. Methods 702 infertile patients who were taken the medical including CC,HMG,HCG.E2 were recruited. They were divided into two groups： 316 with CC＋ HMG＋ HCG＋E2, 386 with CC＋HCG＋E2. There were 750 normal patients in the control group. Then observe the effects of pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate. Results The patients with CC＋ HMG ＋HCG＋E2 were 316. the pregnancy, the abortion, the abortion rate were 47, 16 and 34.04%. The patients with CC＋ HCG＋ E2 were 386, the pregnancy.the abortion, the abortion rate were 55, 19 and 34.55%. The normal patients were 750, the pregnancy, the abortion , the abortion rate were 653,68 and 10.34%. There were much higher percentage of patients who took medical groups than the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The hyperstimulate medical increased the risk of infertility patients rate in artificial insemination.
