胃癌患者检测表皮生长因子及受体的意义

目的:探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)的表达与胃癌发生及胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法对50例胃癌进行研究。结果:EGF和EGFR在早期胃癌中的阳性率均为20％(2/10),在进展期胃癌的阳性率分别为62.5％(25/40)和60％(24/40),进展期胃癌EGF和EGFR的阳性率均显著高于早期胃癌(P<0.05)。有转移组的EGF及EGFR阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05)。EGF及EGFR的表达与胃癌的组织学类型有关。结论:EGF及EGFR阳性的肿瘤可能具有更强的浸润与转移能力,检测EGF和EGFR有助于判断胃癌预后。

Significances of Epidermal Growth Factor and Its Receptor in Patients with Gastric Carcinoma

Purpose: To study the relationship of expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (RGFR) with gastric mucosal carcinogenesis and behavior of gastric carci-noma. Methods: S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of EGF and EGFR in 50 cases of gastric carcinomas. Results: The positive rates of F,GF and RGFR in patients with early gas-tric carcinomas were both 20% . The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in patients with advanced gastric car-cinomas were 62.5% and 60% respectively. Statistically, the positive rates of EGF and EGFR in patients with advanced gastric carcinomas were significantly higher than those in patients with early gastric carcino-mas (P<0.05). The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in the group with lymph node metastasis were sig-nificantly higher than those, in the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0. 05). The expression of EGFand EGFR was related to histological type of gastric carcinoma. Conclusions: The gastric carcinoma with the expression of EGF and EGFR might have a stronger ability of infiltration and metastasis. The de-tection of EGF and EGFR is important for prognosis.
