| 摘 要： | 目的探讨集束化护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的影响。方法对ICU气管插管或气管切开行机械通气治疗的患者实施集束化护理方案,与原护理措施进行对比,观察方案实施的效果。结果集束化护理的方案实施后,VAP发生率由原来的44.64%下降为24.47%。结论以循证医学为基础的集束化护理,使VAP发生率明显降低,充分发挥了护理措施在防治VAP中的作用。
