| 摘 要： | 目的探讨5%复方利多卡因乳膏用于成年男性患者术前导尿对全麻复苏期尿路刺激症状的影响及临床意义。方法将200例成年男性择期手术患者随机分为两组,对照组按常规方法全麻后行术前导尿,观察组术前导尿时使用5%利多卡因乳膏,观察两组患者在全麻复苏期的尿路刺激症状及相关反应。结果观察组尿路刺激症状及相关反应明显轻于对照组。结论 5%复方利多卡因乳膏用于成年男性患者术前导尿能明显减轻全麻复苏期尿路刺激反应,利于此期的平稳过渡。
