| 摘 要： | 目的评价动静脉足泵在治疗乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿的效果。方法对36例乳腺癌术后合并患肢淋巴水肿的患者应用动静脉泵治疗仪治疗,40 min/次,2次/d进行干预。同时观察患肢皮肤的完整性、皮肤颜色、温度、手背动脉搏动、手心压力感觉等,并在治疗前后进行比较。结果治疗4周后患者腕部周长测量值较治疗前减少(8.26±3.58)mm,肘部减少(9.67±3.54)mm,肩部减少(10.58±5.52)mm。结论动静脉泵治疗仪治疗乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿有较好的疗效,值得推广使用。
