| 摘 要： | 目的总结大面积烧伤感染期并发高钠血症的护理。方法对收治的21例大面积烧伤感染期并发高钠血症的患者进行观察与护理。护理重点是监测血钠,限制钠盐的摄入,胃肠道内补充低渗性温开水,积极处理创面,防止医源性感染,合理安排输液。结果 21例大面积烧伤患者中,7例治愈,9例并发多器官功能衰竭死亡,5例自动出院。结论综合性治疗和积极护理,可降低烧伤患者并发高钠血症的病死率。
