钬激光治疗尿路疾病47例护理观察

目的通过对腔内钬激光治疗尿路疾病47例患者的护理观察,探讨尿路疾病钬激光治疗后患者的护理要点。方法回顾性分析47例腔内钬激光治疗的尿路疾病的临床护理资料。结果其中输尿管结石26例,膀胱结石13例,男性尿道狭窄4例,成人输尿管口囊肿2例(直径均<5 cm),膀胱肿瘤2例(浅表性)。输尿管结石单次手术成功率93.1%(24/26),输尿管中段结石2例失败改开放手术,膀胱结石13例,男性尿道狭窄4例,成人输尿管口囊肿2例(直径均<5 cm),膀胱肿瘤2例(浅表性)手术成功率100%(13/13)。尿道狭窄术后排尿明显好转。1例尿道狭窄出现尿路感染,余均无手术并发症。结论做好充分的术前准备及健康指导,是保证手术顺利进行的关键,术后对易出现的并发症进行细致的观察及护理,是确保手术成功的重要保证。

Nursing observation of 47 patients with urinary tract diseases treated by holmium laser cavity
