| 摘 要： | 目的总结救治3批20例烧伤患者的护理及管理经验。方法建立应急预案、前瞻性培训护理人员;成立护理应急管理小组,对各级各类护理人员进行统筹调配、合理分工、科学管理;对患者加强液体复苏、气道管理、创面管理、疼痛护理、饮食护理等。结果 18例患者康复出院,治愈率90%,未出现1例护理并发症;护士的应急能力、专科理论与技能得到迅速提高,为医院应对突发事件提供了护理保障。结论完善、有效的护理组织管理是救治成批烧伤患者的有力保障,通过综合性护理措施能提高成批烧伤患者救治成功率。
