| 摘 要： | 目的分析子宫动脉上行支结扎、宫腔纱条填塞联合应用在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年8月前置胎盘剖宫产术中联合应用子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞31例。结果在前置胎盘剖宫产术中联合应用子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞,止血迅速、效果确切。结论子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞联合应用于前置胎盘剖宫产术中能有效迅速止血,降低产后出血率,保留了产妇的子宫,提高了生活质量。
