滋阴清热活血方干预放射性肺炎临床研究

目的探讨滋阴清热活血方早期干预放射性肺炎的疗效。方法选取本院胸部肿瘤住院病例71例随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(38例)。治疗组在放射治疗同时加用滋阴清热活血方,对照组患者仅用放射治疗,随访观察6个月,观察患者放射性肺损害总体状况、患者身体机能状态、主要临床症状等。结果治疗组的放射性肺炎发生率为39.39%,对照组为76.32%,两组比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组相比,滋阴清热活血方可以明显提高患者身体机能,改善患者呼吸功能,减少急性放射性肺损害,改善中医临床症状(P<0.05);安全性方面,两组患者白细胞减少差异无统计学意义。结论滋阴清热活血方防治胸部肿瘤放疗放射性肺炎疗效确切。
