摘    要:目的:心电信号(ECG)是临床诊断心血管疾病的重要依据,但由于基线漂移等噪声的存在影响了其诊断的准确性,因此在心血管诊断中必须先对ECG信号中的基线漂移进行矫正。方法:利用DB3小波对心电信号进行分解,根据分解的特点,将低频小波系数置零,然后重构形成新的ECG信号。结果:将该方法用于MIT-BIH的ECG记录,结果显示能够较好地滤除ECG信号中的基线漂移噪声。结论:该方法可以准确地去除基线漂移分量,并保留ECG的波形变化,为后续的ECG自动检测奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective ECG is an important basis for clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.But the noises,like the baseline wander,affect the accuracy of ECG diagnosis.Rectifying baseline wander must be done before cardiovascular diagnosis.Methods The DB3 wavelet is used in decomposition of ECG.And according to decomposition characteristic,low frequency wavelet coefficient must be set to zero and then form a new ECG signal.Results The method is used in ECG record and the result shows that it can abate the baseline wander noise effectively.Conclusion The baseline wander is accurately removed and the ECG waveform is better retained.,which lays foundation for the following ECG automatic detection.
